Football Banquet

Last night we went to Son #2's football banquet. It was really nice. We have really missed football since it ended a couple of weeks ago. It was really nice seeing all our football friends. Son #2 ended up with 2 trophies, a shirt from the coaches, a medal for his varsity coat and a really nice book of the season. Here is Son #2 statistics for this football season. The team played 11 games Son #2 only played in 8 due to his injury. Rushing: G-8, Att-128, Yds-929, Avg-6.7, Lng-75, TD-12, YPG-116.1. He was also named captain for next year. We are very very proud of him.

Son #2 getting a award.

Congrats son #2. What an honor to be captain next year. He really is growing up fast. I remember when he was just a little guy.

congrats to son #2... and to you as well... i'm sure you were very proud of him.

wow. what accomplishments. i'm not so good with stats, but knowing he got all the awards and trophies and named captain for next year must mean he is doing pretty darn good!! that is great.

i wish we had football around here for our kids to play. they don't have it in our local school district. maybe i will look into signing my son up some where else... he LOVES football and wants to play... even though he is only five. maybe I can find a peewee legue.

great pics. happy times.

congrats again!

Wow, very cool! Looks like the varsity banquet is a much bigger deal than the freshman one! ;-)
That's great that he's captain, he deserves it! I can't wait for the season to begin, I saw the schedule already.
Congrats #2!
