1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 onion chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/8 garlic powder
1/2 catsup
Mix all ingredients except catsup. Shape into a loaf in ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2). Put catsup on top. Baked uncovered in 350F oven until done about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
370 calories per serving.
The above picture is the meat loaf but for my crew it's doubled.

Looks delicious! I always use the hunts meatloaf mix. I've never made one from "scratch". I think I'm going to try this!
Wow, looks yummy. I never seem to make a good meat loaf. I try though. Maybe because I have to use soy milk and an egg substitute. Thanks for sharing.
