Taking it Off Together Tuesday - Week #20

Wow I can't believe we are on week #20 already. I would of thought I would of had a greater total weight loss by now but at least I have a loss. I know it takes time. I didn't gain it all a once. I had a great week and lost 1.5 lbs. I'm very very happy about that. I'm coming down with a cold right now and nothing taste very good. I think this to be a good side to a cold. I don't want to eat. Looks like most had a good week, that's wonderful. The holidays are fast approaching so take it off now.
