
I have to admit I was bad! I did have chips and mashed potatoes plus other things I shouldn't of had. I really thought it was going to be a bigger gain then it was, so I was a little happy to only see a 1/2 of pound gain. Well so far this week things are going good. I think I'm going to have that 1/2 of pound then some off this week. I find I have to think it to make it happen.

We currently have a contest where everyone who reported a LOSS had their name added to a drawing for a lot of 100 Mary Kay samples! And since I currently don't have any other prizes, we will have the same contest this week. Just remember that maintaining doesn't count, sorry! Are mashed potatoes bad? That shows how much I know. You have lost so many weeks in a row - .5 is not bad at all! I think we all need to have splurge weeks so we can keep sane!

Hang in there! Gains happen, believe me I know, but as long as the general direction over all is a loss you're still on track. Stay focused and you'll do great this week. I know it!

1/2 lb is no biggie. it will prob be off before week's end. so i think that's pretty good after mashed potatoes, chips, and all the bad stuff that tastes real good (don't you hate that? then all the good stuff for us doesn't taste as good)
i gained this week, too. ONE pound. i still need to put my post up. i'm lagging behind here. lol
